From the M4 Junction 32 proceed North along the A470.
Follow the signs for Ystrad Mynach (pronounced 'Ustrad Munak')
When you reach Ystrad Mynach follow the signs for Bargoed
As you leave Ystrad Mynach you will pass a Tesco supermarket.
After passing the roundabout by Tesco's you should proceed North under the Viaduct (towards Bargoed)
Go straight at the next roundabout and after a few miles you will come to a set of traffic lights at a crossroads.
Turn right at the lights. Follow the road down the dip and back up again.
At the top turn right.
If you now follow this road for 100 yrds turn right into St. Davids Industrial Estate. Building will be on the left.
